At Beach House Pods we understand the disappointment of having to cancel a trip, but some times it’s unavoidable! If you do need to cancel please contact us as soon as possible as the more time you give us the better chance we’ll have of reletting the property, if we do manage to relet the property we will gladly issue you with a full refund.

However if you do need to cancel and we are unable to relet the property our cancellation policy is as follows

• If cancelled by you more than 21 days before arrival – we will issue a full refund or you can reschedule alternative dates to the same value.
• If cancelled by you 14 – 21 days before arrival – we will issue refund to the value of 50% or you can reschedule alternative dates to the same value.
• If cancelled by you 10 – 14 days before your arrival – will issue refund to the value of 50% 
• If cancelled by you less than 10 days before arrival – no refund or alternative dates will be offered (sorry, please let us know before this) 🙂
